How We Got Started Cleaning Vacation Rentals

At the beginning of this journey, Enhance Vacation Cleaning was a basic cleaning company cleaning primarily residential homes for the first 6 months. It was only the owner, Ryan, finding and cleaning these jobs at the time. Eventually, he partnered with a vacation rental property management company that provided Enhance Cleaning with lots of jobs, giving the company opportunity and momentum to grow very quickly. Leading him to specialize in cleaning vacation rentals!

Over the course of about two months it grew from just the owner to five cleaners cleaning vacation rentals from the Salt lake City area down to the South border of Utah County. Handling these jobs and managing these cleaners was the birth of the enhanced cleaning process, system and software. Over the next six months, Ryan focused on building out the best, most effective and user-friendly software in order to scale Enhance Vacation Cleaning to dominate the vacation rentals cleaning services market nationwide.
